  I've had constant service letdowns at this location. I've been going on a normal basis since 1999 when I went to ECPI full time. In the past year or two, the food has been stale and incorrectly assembled (ordered "plain" but did not receive it plain) on many occasions.
  
  I am very happy that they provide Cheerwine at most Bo locations. I'm also satisfied that the cinnamon biscuits were brought back.
  
  The customer service experience here is very borderline and unpredictable.

  In the past I've had nothing but good things to say about this Bojangles in particular, I grew up going here. The problem is that with the high turnover rate of fast food, all the good employees have moved on, and currently the employees AND management need to be retrained. There are maybe one or two that know what they're doing, one lady in particular named Karen is a close family friend. The rest run around confused.
  They never read the receipt, the food can sit for minutes at a time out of heat while they KNOW that other items are cooking, the seasoned fries hardly ever come out actually seasoned, and their chicken tenders are the size of nuggets, despite averaging $1.00 per tender.
  My advice is to avoid this Bojangles at the moment. Give them a year from this review to get a new set of employees and then try them.
