  Walked in a couple of minutes after 8:00 p.m. and was seated shortly thereafter. I walked out at 8:20 because nobody bothered to wait on me. The server asked the table next to me if they wanted dessert and brought boxes for leftovers but I was invisible.
  
  As I walked out the door the errant server and thehostess who seated me a few moments earlier said goodnight and thanked me for coming, the latter apparently forgetting I had just been there a short while. I told her I never ate because nobody would show up to take my order. She said "What!?!" and that was it.
  
  Just because women dine alone doesn't mean we are second class. I am not a demanding diva and tip well. Your loss.
