  25 mins wait for a iced latte get handed a hot black coffee... Service at this location has gone way down. 4 miles further to Starbucks I go!

  Terrible. Not the Dunk in way. I have complained to the owner about the incompetent way coffee is made. The issue is employees who don't care. Today was my final straw. I ordered a coffee six cream six sugars and (fresh). The white male employee, and white female employee with a nose ring looked at me as if I requested 1000 donuts and a request for fresh coffee was too difficult. I paid for my coffee and get down the road. My coffee tasted like someone put HALF WATER HALF COFFEE. It was weak and bland. The female employee who asked what I wanted in my coffee did not put six creams or six sugars as I requested. I am no longer going to patronize this place. In total I have purchased TWENTY cups of large coffee in a one month period. No More!!! The owner needs to spend more time in her shop and she needs to RETRAIN her staff on the Dun kin Brand WAY and (customer service). Clearly there is a problem. It's "rare" to have several bad reviews about a coffee shop. This location has several. It's amazing! It's just coffee. Wow! Why is it so difficult to make good fresh coffee? I'll tell you why. The employees who work there come to work and simply, want to earn their minimum wage. They have no care or concern to make the customer happy. The owner really needs to spend more time in her store and really needs to retrain her staff. At this point you have lost me permanently, as a customer. I saved the coffee purchased today 2/5/2017 at 2:30 pm. I will be returning it to get a refund.
